Meet our Team

I started working at Hethersett Academy in July 2009, then known as Hethersett High school. I have seen the academy go through challenges and changes, transforming into the excellent provider that it is now. Throughout my career I have fulfilled a variety of roles including, teacher of drama, head of department, head of college, head of faculty for creative arts and my current role as Assistant Principal, responsible for student well being and whole school behaviour. It was shortly after commencing this role that I worked alongside the team to achieve the Ofsted Outstanding.

I am passionate about the arts, its place within the curriculum and the impact that it has on shaping and developing young lives.
